Sinoamigo Electric joins Wireless Power Consortium

In the latest development, we are excited to announce that Sinoamigo Electric has officially joined the WPC or Wireless Power Consortium. 

With most flagship smartphones supporting Qi wireless charging nowadays, we want to contribute our technology and expertise to further advance inductive wireless charging capabilities. That’s why Sinoamigo Electric has newly developed a range of unparalleled wireless chargers that make mobile charging a lot more accessible, yet a lot less obvious. Our new range features simplistic design style with plenty of key elements, which will be launching in the coming months.

About the Wireless Power Consortium 

The Wireless Power Consortium (WPC) is a group of leading companies that cooperate in continuously defining, maintaining and developing the Qi standard for wireless charging. The group consists of over 500 member companies from around the world including Apple, Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, Google, Panasonic, Sony and many more. 

Qi wireless charging (pronounced as chee), as you may recognize, is the most popular standard for inductive charging on smartphones. It uses a charging pad that can charge compatible devices when placed on it. Being a full member is a requisite to be able to use any of the charging standards mentioned above.
